LATP 2011!After the success of the previous events, we are proud to announce that the leafers show will now be a regular feature at the National Coalmining Museum at Wakefield, West Yorkshire. This years event will be held on the weekend of 24th to 26th June 2011, with camping available on Friday and Saturday nights. (for exhibitors only) Attractions include vehicle line-ups, traders and autojumblers. All models of leaf-sprung Land Rovers are welcome series 1, 2, 2a, 2b, 3 and 101, stage 1 V8s etc.
Last year we raised a massive £795 for the National Coal Mining Museum for England.
To show your vehicle: £4.00 per day to show your motor (Sat. and Sun.) or £5 if you arrive on Saturday want to return the next day. Autojumblers: £25.00 per day or £ 40 for two. Proceeds from this event are going to the National Coalmining Museum charity.
Camping space is limited and places must be booked in advance as we cannot guarantee a place for anyone who turns up not having booked. To book a camping place please email ollradmin@googlemail.com and provide your name, address and the model and reg. number of your motor(s) that you will be showing. You will be given a camping number by return email to confirm your booking. Entry fee includes access to the NCM museum. Please note that all vehicles must be road-legal, insured & taxed, unless by arrangement. Only leaf-sprung Land Rovers are eligible for showing. All show vehicles must be driven to the site - no trailer queens!
